Colloquial and somewhat dated term for eyes that point outward, derived from the idea that one eye looks toward London and the other toward Paris. Medical term is 外斜視 (がいしゃし).
彼はロンパリだから、どっちを見ているかわからないことがある。
He has walleyes, so sometimes you can't tell which way he's looking.
