Used when referring vaguely to various unspecified things or matters, often in a casual or dismissive tone.

彼はなにやらかにやら忙しそうにしている。
He seems busy with this and that.
なにやらかにやら言い訳を並べる。
They rattle off one excuse or another.
A more common variant with the same meaning; 何やら彼にやら is less frequent and may sound slightly more emphatic or old-fashioned.
A reduplicative phrase combining 何やら (something or other) and 彼にやら (that or the other), used to express a vague collection of things.
