Obsolete honorific term for someone else's wife. Occasionally written as 内宝. Not used in modern Japanese.

• 古こ文ぶん書しょでは「内ない方ほう」が他た人にんの妻つまを敬うやまって指さすことがある。

  In old documents, 内方 can respectfully refer to another person's wife.
