Mathematics term for a number with a unit or label, as opposed to an abstract number. Contrasts with 無名数 (abstract number).

Compound of 名 (name, label) and 数 (number). The mathematical sense is a direct translation of the Western concept; the grouping sense extends the idea of a named, fixed-number set.
