Kansai dialect interjection used to strongly advise against doing something. Equivalent to standard やめておきなさい or やめとけ.

• そんなこと、やめとき。

  Don't do that.

• あの人ひとに近ちかづくのはやめとき。

  You'd better not get close to that person.
