Used adverbially, typically as 行きしなに, to mean 'on the way (to a destination)'. Similar to 行きがけ, but 行きしな is more colloquial and often implies a brief stop or action while heading somewhere.

行きがけ is a near-synonym also meaning 'on the way', but it is slightly more formal and often used in set phrases like 行きがけの駄賃. 行きしな is more casual and common in everyday speech.
Compound of 行き (iki, 'going', continuative form of 行く) and しな (shina, a suffix meaning 'at the time of' or 'on the occasion of', related to 品). The reading ゆきしな uses the older ゆき form of 行く.
