A historical medicinal preparation made from cinchona bark, used as a bitter tonic and source of quinine. Now mostly a historical term.

From Dutch 'kinatinctuur' or German 'Chinatinktur', combining 'kina' (cinchona) and 'tinctuur' (tincture). The kanji 規那丁幾 are ateji.
