electrical conduction
Technical term for the flow of electric charge through a material. Often used in compound form 電気伝導, but 電導 alone is also seen in technical contexts.

The electrical conductivity of metals changes with temperature.
This material has excellent electrical conductivity.

Compound of 電 (electricity) and 導 (to guide, conduct). The exact historical derivation is uncertain, but the spelling is conventionally associated with electrical conduction.
