three-quarter pitch (baseball)
Baseball term for a pitching delivery where the arm comes from a three-quarter angle, between overhand and sidearm.
He throws a fastball from a three-quarter delivery.
three-quarter back (rugby)
Rugby position; a back who plays between the halfbacks and the fullback, typically wearing numbers 11–14.
