古文書には「乱り風」を患った記録が残っている。
Old documents contain records of suffering from a 'cold' (乱り風).
The historical derivation is uncertain. The kanji 乱 (disorder) and 風 (wind) may reflect an old belief about illness caused by disordered winds, but this is speculative.
