Used to say that two or more people are the same age. Often used with 同い年 (おないどし) as a synonym.

Standard kanji spelling. The reading おなじとし is the most common pronunciation.
Alternate reading with rendaku. Both おなじとし and おなじどし are used, but おなじとし is more common.
Compound of 同じ (same) and 年 (year, age). The reading おなじどし shows rendaku voicing of とし to どし.
