実じつ飲いん

noun, noun or participle which takes 'suru', transitive verb

trying a drink for oneself; actually drinking

Used when someone drinks something themselves to test or experience it, often in contrast to just looking at it or hearing about it. Similar in usage to 実食 (trying food).
