A slightly poetic or literary term for the course of love or a romantic relationship. Often used in set phrases like 恋路の邪魔をする (to interfere with someone's romance).

Compound of 恋 (こい, love) and 路 (じ, path/road), literally 'love's path'. The reading じ is a rendaku form of ち (路).
