To refer to the arrival of a shipment, cargo, or freight in a logistics or transportation context.
届く emphasizes delivery to a recipient (often a person). 着く is a general arrival at a place. 到着する is more formal and often used in announcements or written reports. For packages, 届く is the most natural in daily conversation.
While grammatically correct, 到着する sounds stiff in everyday conversation about a package arriving at your home. Use 届く instead.
It takes 3 days for the goods to reach you.
The ordered goods were delivered today.
