Physical or spatial reaching: a hand, object, or sound reaches a point. Often used with に or まで.

• 手てが届とどかないから、取とってくれる？

  I can't reach it, so could you get it for me?

• 彼かれの声こえは遠とおくまで届とどいた。

  His voice carried far.

For mail, packages, messages, etc. reaching their destination. The subject is the thing delivered.

• 注ちゅう文もんした本ほんが昨日きのう届とどいた。

  The book I ordered arrived yesterday.

• メールが届とどいていないようです。

  It seems the email hasn't been delivered.

Used in set phrases like 目が届く (keep an eye on) or 神経が届く (pay attention to detail). Not freely productive.

• 子こ供どもたちに目めが届とどくように、リビングで遊あそばせている。

• 細こまかいところまで神しん経けいが届とどいたサービスだ。

  It's a service where attention is paid to every detail.

  The results of my hard practice got through to the judges.

• あなたの気き持もちはちゃんと届とどいているよ。

  Your feelings are definitely getting through.
