国境 (こっきょう) is specifically for national borders. 境界 (きょうかい) is broader, covering any kind of boundary, including property lines, prefectural borders, or abstract divisions. Use 国境 when talking about countries.
The loanword ボーダー is mainly used for striped patterns in fashion or decorative borders in design. It does not mean a national border. Use 国境 instead.
