Do not translate 'give one's everything' word-for-word as 「自分のすべてを与える」. This sounds unnatural and is not idiomatic in Japanese. Use the set phrases above instead.
Both mean 'to do one's best', but 全力を尽くす emphasizes exhausting all physical/mental power, while ベストを尽くす is a calque from English 'do one's best' and is slightly more casual and common in everyday speech.
