Literally 'to be on one's mind', used when something bothers you or you have a nagging doubt. More casual than 不安.

A more formal term for concern or apprehension, often used in business or news contexts.
安全性に懸念がある。
There are misgivings about the safety.
Having a particular reason to doubt or hesitate about something.
To have doubts or question something. Used when you feel something is not right or logical.
彼の説明に疑問に思う点がある。
I have misgivings about some points in his explanation.
To be caught on something, meaning something doesn't sit right with you. Casual and often used for minor doubts.
A strong feeling that something bad will happen.
A feeling of unease or foreboding, often without a clear reason. Literally 'chest noise'.
何か悪いことが起こりそうな胸騒ぎがする。
I have a misgiving that something bad is going to happen.
A premonition or hunch, not necessarily negative but often used for uneasy feelings.
不安 is a general, everyday word for anxiety or unease. 懸念 is more formal and often used in official or business contexts to express concern about specific issues.
将来に不安を感じる。
I feel anxious about the future.
環境問題に懸念を示した。
They expressed concern about environmental issues.
気になる is very versatile and can be used for anything that bothers you slightly. It's less strong than 不安 and often used in casual conversation.
彼の言い方に引っかかる。
I have misgivings about the way he said it.
I have a bad feeling about this. (misgiving)
