偏見 (へんけん) is a stronger, often negative prejudice against a group. 先入観 (せんにゅうかん) is a preconception or assumption that may not be negative, just uninformed. Use 偏見 for discrimination, 先入観 for jumping to conclusions.
偏見で人を判断してはいけない。
Don't judge people by prejudice.
先入観があると、真実が見えなくなる。
If you have preconceptions, you can't see the truth.
The direct translation 'prejudiced opinion' as 偏見のある意見 is understandable but less natural than simply 偏見 or 偏った意見. Use the shorter forms for fluency.
彼は外国人に対して偏見を持っている。
He has a prejudice against foreigners.

Please give me an unbiased opinion.
Refers to a preconception or assumption made before knowing the facts. Often used when someone jumps to conclusions.
先入観を持たずに話を聞いてほしい。

An idiomatic expression meaning 'to view through colored glasses', i.e., to have a biased view. Often used in the phrase 色眼鏡で見られる (to be viewed with prejudice).
彼はいつも色眼鏡で人を見る。
He always looks at people through colored glasses.
Means 'jumping to a conclusion' or 'labeling' someone unfairly. Often used when someone is being judgmental without evidence.
