明細書 (meisaisho) is a statement of details, while 請求書 (seikyūsho) is a bill or invoice demanding payment. A credit card statement is usually 利用明細書, but if it includes a payment slip, it may be called 請求書.
Many banks use 入出金明細 (nyūshukkin meisai) for transaction history, and 口座明細 (kōza meisai) for account statement. Look for these on your bank's website.
