交通 (こうつう) is the general system of traffic and transit. 輸送 (ゆそう) is the act of transporting, especially goods. 運輸 (うんゆ) is the industry or business of transportation.
If you mean 'I need transportation to the airport' as in a ride, don't use 交通. Instead, say 送迎 (そうげい) for pick-up/drop-off or 足 (あし) for a means of getting around.
