Used when someone completely hides their feelings, intentions, or knowledge. Often in negative contexts: おくびにも出さない means they give absolutely no hint.
彼は動揺をおくびにも出さなかった。
He didn't show the slightest sign of being upset.
彼女は秘密を知っていることをおくびに
She doesn't breathe a word about knowing the secret.
