Willow constellation; Chinese Willow mansion
One of the 28 traditional Chinese lunar mansions (二十八宿). In Japanese, it is called ぬりこぼし and corresponds to the Chinese 柳宿 (Liǔ Xiù). This is a specialized astronomical/astrological term.
