In older medical terminology, the lung is sometimes called ルンゲ.
In my grandmother's diary, pulmonary tuberculosis was written as ルンゲ.
結核 is the general modern term for tuberculosis (not limited to the lungs), while ルンゲ specifically and colloquially refers to pulmonary tuberculosis.
