Kansai dialect equivalent of standard 何を言っているんだ. Used to express disbelief, frustration, or to call out nonsense. Often carries a strong, confrontational tone.

• お前まえ、何なにを言いってんねん。そんな話はなし、聞きいたことないで。

  What the hell are you saying? I've never heard anything like that.

• 何なにを言いってんねん、急きゅうにそんなこと言いわれても困こまるわ。

  What are you talking about? Even if you suddenly say that, I don't know what to do.
