劣おとらず

Used in comparisons to say that someone or something is not inferior to another, often in the pattern ～に劣らず. The glosses 'with the best of them' and 'as the next fellow' are colloquial English equivalents.

• 彼かれはプロに劣おとらず上手じょうずにギターを弾ひく。

  He plays the guitar as well as a professional.

• この店みせのラーメンは有ゆう名めい店てんに劣おとらず美味おいしい。
