Expresses having experienced something so much that one is fed up or has had more than enough. Often used with verbs like 聞く, 見る, 食べる, etc.
I've heard his boasting more than enough.

Used adverbially to emphasize a negative experience or feeling, often with verbs like 思い知る, 感じる, or 味わう.
