Used when teeth, hair, seedlings, flowers, etc. all appear or grow in completely. Often implies a process reaching completion.

  The child's teeth have all come in.

• 春はるになると庭にわに花はなが生はえ揃そろう。

  In spring, flowers come up all over the garden.
