Shinto dance pavilion; kagura hall
A building within a Shinto shrine precinct used for sacred dance (kagura) and music performances. Compare 神楽殿, which is specifically a kagura hall.

Formed from 舞 “dance” and 殿 “hall or pavilion,” with 殿 taking the native reading との and becoming どの in the compound.
