諾だく々だく

taru-adjective, adverb taking the 'to' particle

obedient; submissive; tame; slavish

Describes a person who complies without resistance, often with a negative connotation of being too meek or servile. Used as a たる adjective or adverbially with と. Often appears in the compound 唯々諾々 (いいだくだく).
