あってはならない

Strongly asserts that something is impermissible or must not happen. Often used in rules, moral statements, or formal prohibitions. The pattern is ～があってはならない or ～ことがあってはならない.

• このような差さ別べつがあってはならない。

  Such discrimination must not exist.

• 安あん全ぜんを軽けい視しすることがあってはならない。

  Neglecting safety should never happen.
