Polite set phrase used when entering someone's home, room, or personal space. Literally 'I am disturbing you', but functions as a greeting.

• 「お邪じゃ魔まします」と言いって、友とも達だちの家いえに入はいった。

  I said 'sorry to bother you' and entered my friend's house.

• 先せん輩ぱいの部屋へやを訪たずねるときは、必かならず「お邪じゃ魔まします」と声こえをかけます。

  When visiting a senior colleague's room, I always say 'excuse the intrusion'.
