さておく

set aside; put aside; leave for now

Used to temporarily set something aside or postpone it, often with the implication that it will be dealt with later. Commonly appears in the phrase さておき (setting aside...).

• その問もん題だいはさておいて、先さきに進すすみましょう。

  Let's set that problem aside and move on.

• 冗じょう談だんはさておき、本ほん題だいに入はいろう。
