Usage patterns

• ストッパーをかけるto engage/apply a stopper

  自じ転てん車しゃのブレーキにストッパーをかけた。

  I engaged the stopper on the bicycle brake.

• ストッパーが外はずれるfor a stopper to come loose/disengage
