Kyōhō Reforms
Historical term for the economic and administrative reforms carried out in 1736 during the Kyōhō era under shōgun Tokugawa Yoshimune.
The Kyōhō Reforms were carried out by Tokugawa Yoshimune.
Named after the Kyōhō era (1716–1736) in which the reforms were enacted.
