Psychological term describing a tendency to react to frustration by directing blame or aggression outward toward other people or external circumstances. Often used in contrast with 内罰的 (intropunitive).
Extrapunitive people tend to blame others for their failures.
His extrapunitive attitude is ruining the team atmosphere.
