Archaic or literary imperative phrase, equivalent to modern 恐れるな. Often used in translations of biblical or classical texts, or in poetic contexts.
The Bible says, 'Fear not, for I am with you.'
Standard kanji-kana mixed spelling.
Rare kanji spelling using 勿れ; the mixed-kana form is much more common.
