A respectful form of address or title, such as さん, 様, 先生, or 社長. Used when referring to or addressing someone politely.
In Japanese, you attach an honorific title after a person's name.
"Sama" is a more polite honorific title than "san".
Usage patterns

Always be sure to use an honorific title when addressing a business partner's name.
