counting song
A song that teaches numbers or counting, often for children. Common examples include いちじくにんじん and どんぐりころころ.
We sang a counting song at kindergarten.
enumerative form (of waka)
A classical poetic form where each line enumerates related things. Rare outside of traditional waka studies; cross-referenced with 六義.
