ichidan verb, transitive verb
Humble verb (kenjougo) used when the speaker or in-group member tells, advises, or tries to persuade someone, often a superior or outsider. Implies a respectful, careful explanation or admonishment. Similar to 言い聞かせる but with humble politeness.
