A Shinto ritual held in early spring to pray for a bountiful harvest. Also known by the native reading としごいのまつり.

祈き年ねん祭さいは毎まい年とし二に月がつに行おこなわれる。
The Kinen-sai is held every year in February.
神じん社じゃで祈き年ねん祭さいが執とり行おこなわれた。
The prayer service for a good harvest was performed at the shrine.
