逆ぎゃくギレ

noun, noun or participle which takes 'suru', intransitive verb

snapping back when in the wrong; getting angry in return despite being at fault

Colloquial term for when someone who is clearly at fault reacts with anger or defensiveness instead of apologizing. Often used in interpersonal conflicts.
