A somewhat playful or pseudo-medical term for someone who is completely unfazed by heights. Often used in contrast with 高所恐怖症 (acrophobia).
He has no fear of heights, so he isn't scared at all even in high places.
For someone with no fear of heights, even skydiving is just fun.
