放ほう題だいall you can …; left unchecked

No limit, in two ways. On a menu or a phone plan it is an offer: as much as you like. Said of a garden, a room or someone's behavior, it means nobody is stopping it, and that is usually a complaint.

この店みせのランチは、焼やきたてのパンが食たべ放ほう題だいです。

With lunch here, you can have as much freshly baked bread as you like.

nobody stops it

管かん理りされていない庭にわでは、雑ざっ草そうが伸のび放ほう題だいになっている。

Nobody looks after the garden, and the weeds have been left to grow wild.

Verb ます-stem + 放ほう題だい

食たべます → 食たべ放ほう題だい. Alive: shops and apps keep making new ones.

Nobody stops it

Verb ます-stem + 放ほう題だい　／　Verb たい-form + 放ほう題だい

荒あれ放ほう題だい, 言いいたい放ほう題だい. In practice a handful of words. Either way the result works like a noun: 食たべ放ほう題だいの店みせ, 伸のび放ほう題だいになる.

An offer: as much as you like

食たべ放ほう題だい and 飲のみ放ほう題だい are everyday words: they are on menus and restaurant signs all over Japan. Each is the name of the deal too: 焼やき肉にくの食たべ放ほう題だいに行いく, to go for all-you-can-eat barbecue.

Nobody stops it

With a たい-form it is a person doing just as they please. With a verb stem it is usually a mess nobody deals with.

やりたい放ほう題だいdoing whatever they like

上じょう司しが黙もく認にんしているのをいいことに、彼かれは職しょく場ばでやりたい放ほう題だいだ。

His boss turns a blind eye, and he takes advantage of it to do whatever he likes at work.

言いいたい放ほう題だいsaying whatever they like

彼かれは会かい議ぎで相あい手ての事じ情じょうも考かんがえず、言いいたい放ほう題だいだった。

At the meeting he said whatever he liked, with no thought for the other side's position.

好すき放ほう題だいjust as they please (a word of its own)

匿とく名めいだからといって、好すき放ほう題だいに書かいていいわけではない。

Being anonymous doesn't mean you can write whatever you please.

荒あれ放ほう題だいgone to ruin

閉へい鎖さされて十じゅう年ねんたった工こう場じょうは、荒あれ放ほう題だいになっていた。

Ten years after it closed, the factory had gone to rack and ruin.

Others: 伸のび放ほう題だい (grown wild: weeds, hair), 散ちらかし放ほう題だい (left in a mess).
