からあるからいるからするからのSurprisingly large lower bound

These forms present a stated quantity as a surprisingly large lower bound: “at least that much” or “as many as that.” The actual amount may be higher.

A large threshold, not an exact total

The number before からある, からいる, からする, or からの is a threshold. The speaker is saying that the amount reaches at least that level and presenting that level as remarkable. Do not translate it as an exact total unless the surrounding context independently establishes one.

The four core patterns

The surrounding context makes clear why each quantity deserves emphasis.

Analyze

The large count modifies “visitors” directly.

Emphatic versus neutral lower bounds

じょう neutrally sets an inclusive minimum and is well suited to rules, classifications, and requirements. The target family also sets a lower boundary, but it dramatizes that boundary as surprisingly large.

The mass of rock discovered by the survey team weighs at least two hundred kilograms.

Analyze

The speaker draws attention to the rock's extraordinary weight.

あんぜんていでは、おもさがひゃくキロじょうがんかいかいはこぶ。

Under the safety rules, rock masses weighing 200 kilograms or more must be moved by machine.

Analyze

Here the same number is simply an objective cutoff in a rule.
