ものならIf it were possible
ものなら follows a potential verb to express something the speaker would like to do if it were possible, while implying that it is actually very difficult, unlikely, or impossible.
A wish under a remote possibility
The first clause does more than set a condition. It shows that the speaker sees the condition as exceptionally hard to realize. The clause after it normally states what the speaker wants, would choose, or hopes could happen.
できるものなら、この決定を白紙に戻したい。
If it were possible, I would like to reverse this decision.

Typical contexts
The construction is especially natural for irreversible events, lost opportunities, and other wishes blocked by reality.
Do not confuse the condition forms
Simple なら can set an ordinary condition without suggesting that it is nearly impossible. Also keep potential verb + ものなら separate from volitional verb + ものなら. The latter warns that even attempting an action would lead to a serious or undesirable result.
彼が秘密を話そうものなら、大騒ぎになる。
If he were to try to reveal the secret, there would be an uproar.
