結束 (kessoku) is the most general for group unity, often used in team or organizational contexts. 団結 (danketsu) implies solidarity against something or for a cause, with a slightly more activist tone. 一体感 (ittaikan) focuses on the emotional sense of oneness, like team spirit.
The English word 'cohesion' is often translated directly as 凝集 (gyōshū), but this is only for physical/scientific contexts. For social unity, use 結束, 団結, or 一体感 depending on nuance. Using 凝集 for people sounds unnatural.
