I got really tired today.
仕事で疲れました。

A more casual, somewhat colloquial verb meaning 'get tired' or 'be worn out'. Often implies physical exhaustion from prolonged effort.

Using 疲れる with nominalized verb (の) + に to mean 'get tired of doing'. Emphasizes mental fatigue from repetition.

To be fed up, sick and tired of something. Stronger than 飽きる. Often used with に.

Saying 〜を疲れる is incorrect. To express 'tired of doing something', use 〜のに疲れる or 〜に飽きる.
毎日同じことをするのに疲れた。
I got tired of doing the same thing every day.
疲れる is the general term. くたびれる is casual and implies physical weariness. へとへとになる is an idiom for extreme exhaustion.
