不倫 (furin) specifically refers to an extramarital affair and carries a strong sense of social taboo. 浮気 (uwaki) is broader, meaning cheating or a fling, and can apply to any committed relationship. 浮気 can also be used for non-romantic infidelity, like being unfaithful to a brand.
