Colloquial abbreviation of と言うような, used to refer back to something just mentioned in a vague or dismissive way. Often appears in phrases like ってな感じ or ってなわけ.
遅刻したら、謝ればいいってな感じで、反省してない。
He's like, 'If you're late, just apologize,' and doesn't seem sorry at all.
